Necessity Notice and Grant of Full Immunity to Counter Invasion and Protect Life, Liberty and Property

Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent and Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal

I, _________________________, one of the People (as seen in the 50 State Constitutions), Sui Juris, do present you with this notice that you and your agents may provide immediate due care; Please take notice that John Locke, one of the most brilliant legal minds in history explains in his “Two Treatises of Government” the reasons why men come together into society to form government and the reasons where they may dissolve power and reclaim all power to create a new government (see evidence below): Two Treatises of Government by John Locke Section 171. Secondly, political power is that power which every man having in the state of Nature has given up into the hands of the society, and therein to the governors whom the society hath set over itself, with this express or tacit trust, that it shall be employed for their good and the preservation of their property. Now this power, which every man has in the state of Nature, and which he parts with to the society in all such cases where the society can secure him, is to use such means for the preserving of his own property as he thinks good and Nature allows him; and to punish the breach of the law of Nature in others so as (according to the best of his reason) may most conduce to the preservation of himself and the rest of mankind; so that the end and measure of this power, when in every man’s hands, in the state of Nature, being the preservation of all of his society—that is, all mankind in general—it can have no other end or measure, when in the hands of the magistrate, but to preserve the members of that society in their lives, liberties, and possessions, and so cannot be an absolute, arbitrary power over their lives and fortunes, which are as much as possible to be preserved; but a power to make laws, and annex such penalties to them as may tend to the preservation of the whole, by cutting off those parts, and those only, which are so corrupt that they threaten the sound and healthy, without which no severity is lawful. And this power has its original only from compact and agreement and the mutual consent of those who make up the community. Please take notice that the Maxims of Law are universally accepted as truth and stand without any other proof (see evidence below): Maxim: 39y. Principles prove, they are not proved. 3 Coke, 40. Fundamental principles require no proof, or, in Lord Coke’s words, “they might be approved, because they cannot be proved.” 3 Coke, 50a. Please take notice that the People have responsibly assembled and see that a breach of trust is occurring whereby it is reported that actors in the government have taken part in creating programs which allow illegal aliens, many of whom have not been vetted, to enter our country with benefits and assistance, using funds from the People’s public trust, resulting in danger to property, many deaths, rapes and other atrocious acts. Therefore, the People have decided to use maxims, the fundamentals of law, in dealing with necessity of the People. President Trump, as a servant, we the People grant you power in necessity, by right, to do those things which may under ordinary circumstances go against normal policy and law, in order to protect our native right to life and liberty as mentioned above. This power allows one to do things outside of formality and normal law, and no court tribunal may hold you to old things that hinder the protection of the People of America. Please see the maxim evidence below, and carry out the will of the People with speed and the full power of government (see maxims below): Maxim: 83c. Necessity makes that lawful which otherwise is not lawful. 10 Coke, 61; 2 Inst. 326; Fleta, lib. 5, c. 23, s. 14. Maxim: 83f. That which necessity compels, it justifies. Hale, P.C. 54. Maxim: 83k. The rights of necessity are part of the law. C.L.M.; Plowd. 18. Maxim: 83l. Things which are admitted on the ground of necessity ought not to be drawn into question. Dig. 50, 17, 162. In conclusion, it is my will that President Trump use the maxims of necessity in the interest of preserving lives, liberty, and property of Americans, and bypass all laws and rules that may prohibit President Trump from protecting society! I also declare that there is no authority for government officials to use American funds to pay people in programs to usher in and help the illegal invasion of America. The deaths, rapes, kidnappings and attacks on People's property is enough just cause for Americans to pull their power back from all government and to create a new legislative to protect their own interests. Yet, it is sufficient for President Trump to immediately use the above mentioned lawful tools to take all power granted by the People and establish remedy by necessity, immediately removing those who are known members of terrorist criminal organizations as well as unlawfully imported illegal aliens. One exception to this granted authority is that any person who is married to one of the People of America, even by common law marriage or oath, and is otherwise law-abiding and peaceful, shall not be considered as one to be removed as the God of heaven says, “marry whom you will, only in the Lord.” It is therefore, not in line with the common law to separate those who God gave the authority to be together and which no government could possibly create a higher law. Please execute the law immediately, by God, and know that the People, who are indeed the sovereign and hold all political power, have assembled and are with you. Furthermore, it is the demand of the People that you make an executive order regarding the sanctity of the grand jury, whereby the People may make claims against illegals hiding in our nation and open the door for judicial warrants and arrests the same, as enemies of our nation, and give directives that no local, state government actors, government official, nor bar association members/attorneys may block access to the grand jury which belongs to the People by fundamental law. The People shall also send affidavits, swearing to the veracity of these claims. Any government official who should attack President Trump for using this law, without rebutting this document using the fundamentals of law, also swearing by affidavit under penalty of perjury that they have the authority to import illegal aliens and to institute programs funding illegal aliens who are unvetted, shall be considered as an obvious attack against the trust reposed in them and the United States of America. _______________________ Autograph ————— Date 05-07-2025

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution limits the powers of states, particularly regarding foreign affairs, military matters, and interstate relations. It prohibits states from laying duties of tonnage, keeping troops or ships of war in time of peace, or entering into agreements or compacts with other states or foreign powers without the consent of Congress. The clause also includes an exception, allowing states to engage in war if they are actually invaded or in such imminent danger that delay is not possible.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Duties of Tonnage:
States cannot impose taxes on goods or ships entering or leaving their ports without the consent of Congress.
Military Matters:
States cannot maintain standing armies or navies during peacetime, and they must obtain congressional consent to engage in war, except in cases of immediate invasion or imminent danger.
Agreements and Compacts:
States cannot enter into agreements with other states or foreign powers without the approval of Congress.
Exception for Imminent Danger:
If a state is actually invaded or faces an immediate threat, it can engage in war without waiting for congressional authorization.
