“Objective of government. That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the government assumes other functions, it is usurpation and oppression.” Alabama Constitution, Article I, § 35

Here is more information about the Constitutional Sheriff and the Constitutional County Movement. What is the Constitutional Help Center and who is the founder?

Google AI Overview

The phrase "Rights in 1791 and violated by Bank Bill of 1791" refers to the Bill of Rights, ratified in 1791, and the Bank Bill of 1791, which sparked early debates about how the Bill of Rights and other federal laws might be interpreted and applied, according to the Constitution Help Center. The Bill of Rights, comprising the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution, outlines fundamental rights and liberties like freedom of speech, religion, and the press, and the right to bear arms. The Bank Bill, which created the Bank of the United States, raised questions about the extent of federal power and whether it could infringe upon individual rights. While the Bank Bill did not directly violate the Bill of Rights in a literal sense, it did violate the Constitution. It also triggered debates about the proper balance of power and the interpretation of rights under the new federal government.

This has been an ongoing debate since the First Continental Congress and especially since 1776. What makes one man believe that he has the right and power to control another man?

1. Why are Americans knowingly or unknowingly using unconstitutional money in their daily wages and their everyday transactions?

2. Why did the American Military Industrial Complex attack Americans by flying planes into the World Trade Towers and purposefully demolishing building 7 on September 11, 2001 (9/11)?

3. Who was really behind the silencing of President Donald Trump from Twitter and the White House website etc. after January 6, 2021?

4. Why did the American Military Industrial Complex attack Americans by distributing a proven bioweapon (Could SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 Be a Biological Weapon?) and calling it COVID-19 beginning in March of 2020 in the United States?

Google AI Overview

A belief in the right and power to control another man can stem from a variety of factors, including a lack of self-esteem, a desire for control, and the belief that control is a sign of power or dominance. Additionally, social conditioning, cultural norms, and a person's own experiences can shape their perspective on power and control.

PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE

MICHAEL BADNARIK

1954-2022

Hello. My name is Michael. I am a philosopher, author, and polymath, which means that I am an expert in many different subjects. My life history includes being a scuba instructor casually swimming with sharks, and a skydiving instructor jumping out of “perfectly good airplanes” with terrified students in my hands. I also ran for President of the United States and won the Libertarian Party’s nomination in 2004. My name was on the ballot in 48 states and Washington, D.C. But the thing that excites me the most is sharing my wealth of knowledge with you. I believe that learning should be fun, and instead of coaxing you to memorize incoherent data, I help you see the relationships within the data so you can understand the fundamentals.

This allows you to correctly calculate future answers on your own. I specialize in science and philosophy, but I can also help you develop other skills like sailing and hitting your target 99% of the time. I am willing to do one-on-one consulting, so feel free to contact me if you would like my advice on anything. I strongly suggest that you join my mailing list so you can be one of the first to know when and where I will be speaking, or what my next book is going to be about. I hope to develop a personal friendship with you that will benefit us both.

Government is necessary for our survival.

The Founding Fathers created a special place for government.

It is called the Constitution.

Dear Sheriff:

We hope this message finds you happy and healthy, and surrounded by family and friends during the holidays.

On behalf of the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) and many of your constituents, we cordially invite you to the first annual CSPOA convention, to be held at the Tuscany Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Monday January 30, 2012.

The Purpose of this convention is two fold;

1) To increase the understanding and awareness for all sheriffs and peace officers regarding the true power of our constitutional authority and duty to serve and protect the people for whom we work and;

2) To unite in a concerted effort to uphold and defend the United States Constitution. Currently there are Sheriffs all across America taking stands against the unlawful incursions and overreach of state and federal governments and their agencies.

10:31 AM

Do the sheriffs have the authority to do such things?

Many of these sheriffs will be attending this private meeting to share with you, the challenges they have faced, and how they have succeeded in upholding their oath of office and protected their constituents’ rights and freedoms.

Any other questions real quick? First of all, I found that document. It’s on the CSPLA website on the main menu. And it’s down sort of towards the middle of the primary. Of course, I’m outside of that menu right now. But it’s called the KCSO Policies and Procedure Manual, December 2024. It’s on the left side in the main menu, and it’s about midway down. Anyway. Folks, we’re still pushing the posse thing, and we always will. And so, yep, Stephanie just put it up there for you. All of you need to probably go through that anyway. And so, again, get that to your sheriff.

Call your sheriff. Ask him if he has a posse. If he doesn’t, help him form one. Steve Reeder from Florida. This is an easy one for you. How do I best determine my home state’s progress to embrace constitutional sheriffs? And that state’s got a lot of progress. That’s Florida. Boy, we’re really cooking in Florida. So, Bill Mitchell is the state director there and his assistant, Jeff Cobras. And they’ve got other counties that have county chairs and directors. Florida is the epitome of the constitutional sheriff and constitutional county movement right now. Bill Mitchell has been doing a terrific job doing all of that.

So, we’re grateful that that’s moving. And whatever county you’re in in Florida, call your sheriff. Ask him if he’s a constitutional sheriff and ask him if his county’s becoming a, being declared by resolution, by the vote of the county commissioners, a constitutional county. But it’s happening. Somebody asked the question about CSPOA graduation in Utah. I don’t know what that means. That was a long time ago. We were thinking about doing that one time, about people who were taking the course and that we were going to finish it up with a graduation ceremony in Utah.

That building that we were going to have it in doesn’t even exist anymore. In fact, that whole operation moved down to St. George. Boy, are they smart, especially this time of year. But we decided that it wouldn’t be practical to have it. It’s going to cost too much time and money to pull that off. So, we never had it. But you can still get the, take the constitutional course offered by us on our website. And then we send you a certificate of achievement for having that. So, you’re not really certified, but you are certified that you took the course.
